is a vascular surgeon with privileges at Hackensack Meridian Jersey Shore University Medical Center.
This solo practice surgical office is looking for a part-time Patient Care Coordinator to join our team.
Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Scheduling and confirming patients for office hours.
Booking patient visits for carotids, leg bypasses, dialysis and varicose vein surgery.
Preparing charts for office visits, overseeing dictation, and filing.
Patient engagement and interaction when the doctor is seeing patients.
Collaborating with others in the office and assisting with incoming office phone calls and other office duties, as needed.
Ordering supplies and cleaning surgical instruments.
In this role, you will be interacting with patients, families and health care providers.
Strong people skills and the ability to handle patients in a calm manner are a must.
Qualified candidates must enjoy working as a team, but also be able to work independently.
Monday and Thursday from 8:
00am-4:
00pm, plus (1) additional day per week.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
